Tw0nkus's live Uberflux listing calls Breadbadge a badge by day and a breadboard-prototyping tool by night. It identifies an RP2354A main MCU, INA3221 I2C voltage/current/power monitor, ST7789 SPI display, six WS2812 RGB LEDs, navigation joystick/back button, UART/UPDI/I2C/5 V/3.3 V/debug breakouts, and a Defcon34 drop. The same current listing displayed $80, five remaining, and four sold. Badge.Life's current DC34 Village schedule independently lists Bread Badge by Tw0nkus in its Friday 1:30 PM badge-drop slot. This is enough evidence for a distinct, independently offered pre-event electronic badge associated with DEF CON 34, not proof that DEF CON issued it, that it is an admission credential, that inventory/payment/fulfillment figures are final, that a drop or handoff occurred, or that marketplace images are cleared for reuse.
Completed electronic Human badge with Baochip, QR interaction, and post-event token conversion
DEF CON's official news confirms DEF CON 34 wrapped on August 10, 2026. Its official badge-help page now documents the issued electronic Human badge's post-conference conversion to a hardware security token, current firmware-update path, public source-code links, and the in-conference encrypted-QR light-pattern exchange. The official July 31 reveal names Bunnie Huang as creator and Baochip as the inspectable silicon platform, while the public core-module KiCad archive and `dc34-vault` source provide a specific hardware and software trail. This establishes a completed official badge record without treating later public source as a production ledger or a reusable-image grant.
Sold-out pre-event Lepi Labs SAOv3-proposal lighting Simple Add-On for DEF CON 34
Lepi Labs' own Uberflux listing identifies the Firefly Jar as a DEF CON 34-drop Simple Add-On. Its August 4, 2026 marketplace state is out of stock, with 25 sold, zero remaining, and a $25 listed price. The maker describes seven orange reverse-mounted LEDs, an ATtiny824 controller, UPDI reprogramming, vendor commands, and compatibility with Rare Circuit's proposed SAOv3 I2C-based interface. It says the SAO can expose vendor/product IDs, port and command metadata, generic LED controls, and its own lighting modes; the listing also explicitly says it does not support SAOv3 ARP or hot-plugging features. Lepi Labs' first-hand DC34 announcement corroborates planned Friday and Saturday BadgeLife Village drops. This is a source-backed pre-event independent lighting SAO, not proof of final host interoperability, full SAOv3 implementation, firmware release, delivery, DEF CON organizer affiliation, conference admission, or reusable-image rights.
Completed independent RP2040 CRT-TV Simple Add-On
INSPECTRON 34 is an independent retro-CRT television-shaped Simple Add-On documented by its maker's post-conference public repository. The project records an RP2040, 16 MB flash, 1.14-inch ST7789V display, CircuitPython, USB-drive GIF loading, a DC34 right-port SAO design, and a completed DEF CON 34 run of about 20 sold boards. The post-conference handoff identifies V5 as the current released firmware. It is not an official DEF CON Human badge or admission credential.

MakeItHackin's live Uberflux listing describes Root Access as a home-milled Tennessee-cedar add-on built for the DEF CON 34 badge and says it also works with a standard six-pin SAO header. Its August 4, 2026 marketplace snapshot lists $50 and a seller state of 15 sold from a listed total of 100, with BSides Las Vegas and Linq Circle Bar drop labels. The maker's public RootAccess guide independently identifies an ATtiny1616, ten addressable RGB pixels, eleven discrete LEDs, fifty built-in animations, a physical button, I2C address 0x50, and non-volatile USERROW state. It documents standalone operation and host-controlled lighting over I2C, plus separate GPIO 1 and GPIO 2 circuits that can be used as LED outputs or button inputs. Pre-event sold-out XIAO ESP32S3 EMF BadgeLife release
NilbinSec's live Uberflux listing identifies the Spectre Sniffer Badge as a limited DEF CON 34 release. At this August 3, 2026 source pass, the $80 listing shows 80 sold and no units remaining. Its maker-published description names a XIAO ESP32S3, a live EMF detector with a real-time spike graph, a randomized-word Spirit Box whose output rate follows the stated EMF signal, a SAO v1.69bis connector with I2C, one included Pac-Man Ghost SAO in one of four colors, a protected 18650 battery and lanyard, and one- and two-player arcade games. The seller says release is pickup only at the BadgeLife Village and announced LVCC locations, with missed drops donated at closing ceremonies. This is a source-backed pre-event independent BadgeLife record, not proof of final handoff, finished firmware, component-level engineering, instrument accuracy, electrical safety, official DEF CON admission status, or reusable-image rights.
French ESP32-C6 B.A.D.G.E. with OLED, SAO, and BLE color propagation
The official THcon 2026 B.A.D.G.E. page documents an ESP32-C6 electronic badge with the Badge3000 WiFi access point, an I2C OLED at address 0x3C, and BLE padlock and one-time-password challenges for the May 5-6 tenth edition in Toulouse. A May 13 first-hand attendee teardown identifies the distributed board as an ESP32-C6-WROOM-1 build with an SSD1306 OLED, WS2812 RGB LED, ATC24C04 EEPROM, SAO connector, single-cell battery/TP4056 charging path, and USB-C CH340C serial bridge; it also documents the delivered firmware's BLE color-command propagation behavior.
