The guide describes a startup sequence that joins event Wi-Fi, a joystick-driven home screen with Stamp Passport, Info, Name Card, and Tamagotchi / Game destinations, and staff-applied booth stamps keyed to the attendee's registered phone number, with LED, buzzer, and vibration feedback and a 14-stamp prize-draw threshold. No firmware, Badge Cloud server source, or API documentation was published.
MNCERT/CC organized MNSEC 2026, the thirteenth edition, on September 24, 2026 at the Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar under the Security Beyond Human Scale theme, with Haruul Zangi as Mongolia's national CTF final. The badge back carries a horseman silhouette and a verse ending Mongolia's shield in the endless night. The official site still read pre-event on September 29, 2026, so the record documents the badge design and user guide without asserting distribution.
