BSides Cheltenham 2026 Challenge Coin
Early Bird ticket-tier conference token
A conservative United Kingdom BSides Cheltenham 2026 conference-token record from the organizer's Early Bird ticket package, which promises an exclusive Limited Edition BSides Cheltenham 2026 Challenge Coin alongside entry, afterparty access, a t-shirt, and a swag bag. The Early Bird tier sold out before the October 3 event, which the organizer has since wrapped up as its biggest edition, without any public note on the coin itself.

Why It Mattered
It preserves a published limited-edition conference token without presenting a ticket-package promise as a generic electronic badge, a particular finished coin, or a completed attendee handoff.
Hardware
The official source calls the item a Limited Edition Challenge Coin. It does not document metal or other material, dimensions, weight, artwork, finish, edge, serialisation, manufacture, physical photographs, final inventory, or any electronic hardware.
Software & Apps
No coin software, firmware, application, repository, protocol, challenge behavior, or electronic function is claimed.
Lore
BSides Cheltenham's official page places the 2026 conference at Cheltenham Town Hall on October 3, and after the event thanked attendees for making 2026 the biggest BSides Cheltenham ever. Its Early Bird package is a limited ticket release with a named challenge coin, while free First and Second Release package descriptions list t-shirts and swag bags but do not mention the coin; no recipient, production, or delivery outcome was public before the event, and the post-event page adds none.

note
The official package calls the item a Limited Edition Challenge Coin but does not identify its material, dimensions, weight, artwork, finish, edge, serialisation, manufacturer, manufacturing method, final quantity, physical configuration, or electronic capabilities.
The record is modeled as a planned conference token rather than as an electronic badge, a generic admission credential, or a specific finished coin unsupported by the organizer's page.

note
No BSides Cheltenham 2026 Challenge Coin image is published because the current public source trail has not been paired with a reusable original badge or artifact photo or official upstream raster render with source URL, license or permission basis, attribution, and processing notes.
The United Kingdom record remains source-backed and image-free rather than copying source-page media, documentation screenshots, event photos, social media, placeholders, or generated approximations.

pre-event production and visual-rights boundary
note
The coin was announced before the event, and even after the October 3 conference the organizer page does not publish a factual final-coin record with complete production, allocation, image-specific attribution, reusable license or explicit permission, source URL, and local processing provenance.
No image, final manufacturing, delivery, or visual-design claim is published; the record remains a source-backed, image-free token entry.

ticket-tier scope and fulfilment boundary
note
The named coin belongs to the Early Bird package, which the organizer currently marks sold out. The First and Second Release descriptions do not mention the coin. Reviewed material does not establish Early Bird quantity, eligibility details beyond that package, exact purchaser count, allocation, production inventory, registration pickup, recipient receipt, transfer outcome, loss/replacement policy, shipment, refund treatment, or completed delivery.
The catalogue does not turn a sold-out limited package into proof that every ticket holder, every Early Bird purchaser, or any individual attendee has received a coin.
