Issue dossier
A linkable camp-impact record with badge context, severity, evidence confidence, and source notes.
The Colombian record remains source-backed and image-free rather than copying event graphics, package illustrations, 2025 badge media, social-media images, screenshots, or generated approximations.
Evidence
Primary current source for the September 10-11 Medellín conference, the September 14-18 in-person Offensive Security Diploma, the included conference entry, and the package's exclusive electronic-badge wording; the rechecked page still reads as a pre-event sales listing.
Official source for the thirteenth edition, Centro de Eventos El Tesoro location, standard 2026 kit, and CTF context, rechecked 2026-09-23 after the elapsed dates and now marking the 2026 congress as a past event with registration pivoted to 2027. It does not say the standard conference ticket includes an electronic badge.
Credible retrospective documenting the separate 2025 Electronic Cats NFC/OLED badge and workshop-only allocation. It is retained solely as a non-transferability boundary, not as proof of any 2026 component, maker, allocation, or behavior.
Source trail
Primary official source for the DragonJARCON 2026 / Medellín context and the five-day Offensive Security Diploma package that explicitly lists an exclusive electronic badge, rechecked after the elapsed conference and diploma dates and still reading as a pre-event sales listing without a delivery report.
Primary official source for the September 10-11 thirteenth-edition conference, venue, standard kit, and CTF context, rechecked 2026-09-23 and now marking the 2026 congress as a past event (Evento Pasado), publishing a 2026 speaker gallery and post-edition attendance framing, and pivoting registration to DragonJARCON 2027; it does not describe a standard-ticket electronic badge.
Secondary retrospective explaining that the 2025 Electronic Cats NFC/OLED badge was limited to 100 workshop recipients. It establishes a prior-year boundary rather than a 2026 technical or allocation claim.
