It establishes a later vendor-list recurrence, not a second badge, organizer issuance, scheduled drop, completed sale, or image reuse permission.
Maker release page for v1.1, published July 28, 2024, which says pre-sale 1.0 or 1.01 units should flash the update to fix an unspecified issue and names `enable, sh ver` as a version check. Release assets and prose do not establish a full source or engineering archive.
