Issue dossier
The badge record rests on first-hand attendee reversing and firmware evidence; the official BSides Joburg site never mentions the badge, and no organizer statement, schematic, BOM, production count, or allocation ledger was recovered.
A linkable camp-impact record with badge context, severity, evidence confidence, and source notes.
