source and license boundary
The hardware archive publishes native KiCad material with CERN Open Hardware Licence v1.2 text for hardware documentation, and GitHub marks the separate firmware archive GPL-3.0. These source and license findings do not automatically cover firmware deployment, repository graphics, event media, logos, trademarks, or local image publication.

commit-pinned firmware documentation
Commit-pinned companion README for the custom TROPICON badge firmware. It provides high-level schedule, environmental-reading, and messaging context, but is linked for provenance rather than as operational guidance or an image-reuse grant.

commit-pinned hardware documentation
Commit-pinned primary hardware README naming the ESP32-C6, NV3007 display context, LoRa hardware, and AHT30. It documents a design source, not a final production unit, safe operating characteristics, or image-reuse basis.

companion firmware repository
Electronic Cats' public companion archive for TROPICON 2026 badge firmware. GitHub marks the repository GPL-3.0; source availability does not by itself establish a final deployed build, a policy for radio/data behavior, or a completed event-unit match.

hardware documentation license
Commit-pinned CERN Open Hardware Licence v1.2 text for hardware documentation. Its stated scope is kept separate from firmware, event media, repository graphics, logos, and trademarks.

maker-described official badge hardware repository
Electronic Cats' public repository description calls the project Badge Oficial Tropicon 2026. The wording is recorded as a maker-published claim; it does not by itself establish organizer ownership, attendee allocation, completed handoff, or image rights.

official event site
Organizer-controlled event source for the completed April 17-18, 2026 Cozumel event. It establishes date and location, but does not itself link the Electronic Cats technical archives, identify allocation, or grant image-reuse permission.

Primary maker-published hardware archive whose description says Badge Oficial Tropicon 2026. It establishes Electronic Cats' own official-badge description and a public project archive, not an independent organizer endorsement, recipient count, admission inclusion, final manufacture, physical handoff, or media-reuse permission.

Primary companion public firmware archive, described by Electronic Cats as official TROPICON badge firmware and marked GPL-3.0 by GitHub. It supports software-source provenance but does not establish a final event build, distribution, deployment, radio configuration, data practice, or parity with physical units.

Commit-pinned hardware-license text stating CERN Open Hardware Licence v1.2. The source expressly keeps its hardware scope separate from firmware/software unless separately stated; no image, event-media, logo, or trademark permission is inferred.

Commit-pinned companion firmware README identifying a custom TROPICON badge firmware surface, including high-level schedule, environmental-reading, and messaging contexts. It names AHT10 where the hardware README names AHT30; the sources do not reconcile the difference or publish final-unit parity evidence.

Commit-pinned primary hardware documentation naming an ESP32-C6, 2.79-inch 142×428 colour IPS NV3007 display, LoRa hardware, and AHT30, while the repository tree exposes native KiCad source. It does not prove which components appeared in final event units or a completed production/safety record.

Primary organizer-controlled event home establishing TROPICON 2026 in Cozumel on April 17-18. It supplies event context only: it does not name this badge, link Electronic Cats' repositories, confirm official technical ownership, allocation, delivery, credential use, or image rights.
