badge interaction surface

The design journal describes a passive NFC tag and antenna receiving harvested energy, alongside I2C/control wiring intended for possible active-NFC customization. This preserves the layered NFC design concept without asserting a final attendee-unit NFC IC, protocol, provisioned data, reader behavior, access-control role, enabled active mode, deployment, safety certification, or privacy practice.
